"Despite the insane price tag, I couldn't help but fall in love with the 2016 La Diva. It's the most elegant of all the wines I tasted here (even though, with time, the 2017 can be as good or perhaps better), with a silky texture, great harmony and elegance. It's nuanced, even if it's still very young, but approachable already with all the components to have a long life in bottle and show well throughout its life. This has 17% white Albillo grapes, which were destemmed and fermented together with the Tempranillo with indigenous yeasts in small oak vats. The élevage lasted 19 months and was in used barriques."
